OMNAREnquiry consent
Version dated 6 October 2026. By selecting the consent checkbox and pressing “Send enquiry”, I consent to the processing described below. The text and version of consent are saved with the received enquiry.
1. Individual and operator
I, the individual whose full name and patronymic where applicable appear in the form, authorise Omnar LLP, business identification number 251140005856, to collect and process my enquiry information on the following terms.
2. Purpose and data
The purpose is to respond to my enquiry, select GPU equipment and discuss a quotation. Consent covers my full name, work email, company, selected configuration or service, project description and enquiry correspondence, together with the enquiry reference, receipt time, language, consent version and text. It does not include a marketing subscription.
3. Activities and duration
Data may be received, recorded, stored in Kazakhstan, corrected, used to respond, transferred only as described below, and deleted. Consent lasts until the purpose of responding and discussing a proposal is achieved or consent is withdrawn, subject to statutory restrictions. The form copy in the technical queue is deleted no later than 12 months from receipt; unnecessary data is deleted sooner. Mandatory retention of contract and accounting records is governed separately.
4. Third-party access and cross-border transfers
I authorise necessary technical access by infrastructure provider Timeweb to operate and protect the server, delivery of replies to the email service for my provided address, and access by authorised staff to handle my enquiry. I consent to replies and such remote access involving cross-border transfers only to the extent needed for those purposes and subject to applicable law. This consent does not authorise publication of my data, transfer for third-party advertising or use for other purposes. OMNAR’s main enquiry database and mailbox are stored in Kazakhstan.
5. Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by writing to Omnar LLP at Apartment 47, Building 65, Kenesary Street, Baikonyr District, Astana, 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan, marked “Personal data”. Statutory restrictions on withdrawal and mandatory retention remain applicable.
6. Evidence of receipt
My information, enquiry reference and receipt time, language, consent version and the full text are saved with the received enquiry. “Enquiry received” confirms storage for processing; it does not confirm email delivery. If the website cannot confirm receipt, retrying without changing the data in the same open form reuses the enquiry reference to prevent a duplicate.
