Personal data

Version dated 6 October 2026. This notice describes enquiries submitted through omnar.kz, OMNAR’s own mailbox and the handling of enquiries by Omnar LLP.

1. Who is responsible

Omnar LLP, business identification number 251140005856. Correspondence address: Apartment 47, Building 65, Kenesary Street, Baikonyr District, Astana, 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan. Requests about personal data and withdrawal of consent may be sent to this address marked “Personal data”.

2. How the form works

After you complete the form, select consent and press “Send enquiry”, your details are sent over HTTPS to OMNAR’s server. The server saves the enquiry, its reference, receipt time, language, consent version and full consent text in a private queue, then submits a message to its own sales@omnar.kz mailbox. Confirmation on the website means the enquiry has been saved for processing; it does not confirm email delivery, place an order or start a service. The website does not write contact fields to localStorage, analytics or price storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill.

3. Purpose and information

Your full name and patronymic where applicable, work email, company, selected configuration or service, and project description are used to respond, select equipment and discuss a quotation. The enquiry reference and consent information establish receipt and its contents. Subsequent correspondence is used for the same enquiry. Do not include identity numbers, identity-document copies, payment-card details, passwords or information about other people. These purposes do not include promotional mailing lists.

4. Language and technical operation

Your selected language is stored in localStorage and an omnar-language cookie for up to one year as kk, ru or en, without contacts or a customer identifier. Remove it using “Reset language preference” or browser settings. Trusted connection-country information may help select a language on a first visit; the website does not store country or IP information for that feature. Temporary pseudonymous rate-limit keys protect the form; the IP address is not included in the enquiry record. The web server and infrastructure provider may keep separate technical logs, including connection addresses, for operation and security. The website installs no advertising trackers of its own.

5. Retention and access

Information is used until responding and discussing the proposal is complete; unnecessary data is deleted when its purpose is achieved. The form copy in the technical queue is kept for no longer than 12 months from receipt. Business correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry; contract and accounting records follow applicable mandatory periods. Authorised staff have access only for their tasks. Deletion includes copies managed by OMNAR; mandatory record retention and outstanding obligations may limit deletion.

6. Storage, service providers and transfers

The enquiry queue and OMNAR’s own mailbox are hosted on a server in Kazakhstan. The server uses Timeweb infrastructure; necessary provider access is permitted to operate and protect the service, subject to confidentiality. Replies are sent to the email you provide, so transmission and processing also depend on your selected email service. Responding to and handling your enquiry may involve authorised staff accessing it from other countries and transfer to the recipient’s email service abroad, within the scope of consent and applicable law. This does not replace storage of OMNAR’s database in Kazakhstan. Public disclosure and transfer for third-party advertising are not intended.

7. Your requests and rights

You may request information about processing, correct your details and withdraw consent. Include your name, the contact used in the enquiry and the nature of your request; do not attach an identity document without a separate justified request. Following withdrawal, processing is stopped or a reasoned response is provided within the applicable statutory period. Mandatory record retention and outstanding obligations may prevent immediate deletion.
