Website terms

Version dated 6 October 2026. The OMNAR website helps businesses select GPU equipment and prepare a purchase or rental enquiry in Kazakhstan.

1. Company and purpose

This website represents Omnar LLP, business identification number 251140005856, Republic of Kazakhstan. Its materials are intended for organisations’ commercial projects. Selecting a configuration or preparing an enquiry creates no obligation to purchase equipment.

2. Catalogue and pricing

The catalogue is informational and is not a public offer. Numerical prices are indicative for the stated configuration. Availability, exact part numbers, final KZT pricing, applicable VAT, delivery and quotation validity are confirmed separately in the quotation and contract.

3. Enquiries and contracts

Submitting an enquiry and receiving confirmation does not place an order, reserve equipment, conclude a contract or accept payment. Configuration, payment, transfer of title, acceptance and delivery terms are agreed in a contract. The website does not accept payments.

4. Rental and support

Rental availability, term, server location, resources, equipment access and exit arrangements are defined in the proposal. Service commitments, warranty, response times and SLAs apply only as set out in a signed contract. A catalogue listing does not confirm available rental capacity.

5. Technical information

Equipment specifications support preliminary selection. Compatibility, GPU interconnect topology, power, cooling, software environment and workload performance are checked for the selected configuration. Trademarks belong to their respective owners; mentioning a brand does not imply authorised manufacturer-partner status.

6. Law and contact

Relations with Omnar LLP are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to mandatory rules and the concluded contract. Website enquiries may be sent to Apartment 47, Building 65, Kenesary Street, Baikonyr District, Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan. Personal-data handling is described separately.
